A delegation from the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira Canton visited the Syriac Union Party, extending congratulations and blessings on the occasion of Glorious Easter according to the Eastern calendar.
The delegation was received by Mr. Sanharib Barsom, Co-Chair of the Syriac Union Party in Syria, and Ms. Vivian Bahou Ossi, a member of the Executive Board of the Syriac Union Party.
During the visit, the delegation affirmed the deep historical ties that unite the components of the region, emphasizing that such religious occasions carry meanings of fraternity and renewal, and represent an opportunity to strengthen hope for building a future marked by peace and stability.
For their part, those present stressed that the strength of the region lies in its cultural and religious diversity, and in reinforcing the principles of coexistence among its various components, expressing their wishes that this occasion brings goodness, prosperity, and blessings to all.
